Glad you opened a shop in Roseville. Our laptop would not boot-up. I ran the internal diagnostics... bad hard drive. The guys here installed a hard drive I provided and installed Windows 10. They had tried over 2 weeks to resurrect the old hard drive to no avail... calling me from time to time to give me an update. Offered there are services out there that may be able to get the data (photos mostly) off the old - bad - hard drive ...but they are not cheap. I had a good experience with Xtechs and would recommend them.

Great job, you guys! Very efficient, and great customer service. Computer needed a thorough cleanup, to be able to access emails--since then, emails are no problem. Very relieved when problems were competently solved. I have another computer that needs the same treatment, which I will bring in later on. I have no hesitation returning with wayward laptops. Computer stopped working and I don't know anything about fixing computers. Needed someone I could trust that made me feel comfortable with respect to personal information on my computer. Xtechs was referred to me from our CPA who have been totally happy with Xtech service for years. I found Xtechs to be very customer service oriented, extremely helpful and understanding about the urgency of getting my computer fixed ASAP. My computer was about 7 years old so I ultimately ended up purchasing a new computer tower from Xtechs for a very reasonable price. Everything was moved over from old computer and set-up with all new versions of software. Extremely happy with their expertise and service, would not hesitate to use them again or refer Xtechs.

Xtechs have helped us with a number of computer issues. This last one, I was so impressed that they were able to fix it. My imac was having some issues. I called Apple and they had two of their technicians trying to resolve the issue. They finally said that they would submit my ticket to someone higher up. I didn't really feel like it was going to get fixed very quickly. Then I called Xtechs. I got my computer into their shop just after 5PM. I told them that I would be super impressed if they were able to fix it, but not disappointed if they couldn't because Apple didn't seem to be able to. They called me the next day at 2PM and said my computer was ready. I picked it up and the problem was resolved. He showed me how it was fixed and then also showed me what to look for in the future. They did great work- fast, honest, and at a super great price. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a computer tech person come to our house to fix an e-mail issue. She fixed it all right- by losing 5 years of e-mails!

After an hour with Comcast, an hour with an Apple Genius we thought all we lost. We took the computer to XTechs and all 13,000 e-mails have now been recovered!
